Property Release Requests

If you are the owner of property that has been seized by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office and the case to which it pertains has been fully disposed of in court, you may request that the property be returned to you.  Please note that a judge’s order must be on file to release the property.  If you believe you have property that is being held and would like inquire about it’s return please fill out the form below.  Once processed, the evidence technician will contact you by the method indicated on the form.
